Polishing Your Katana Saya Sword (Hemera Technologies/ Images)

The Japanese katana saya sword is a samurai fighting sword. This sword was the favourite for the samurai because of its unique design and compact footprint. This lethal single-edged sword was sleeker and more compact than a standard sword. The size of the sword meant a quicker draw, and the samurai was able to draw and attack more efficiently. Cleaning and polishing the katana saya sword are requirements to keep it sharp. This cleaning process is simple and can be done in a few minutes.
