Using file folders helps organise your work area, but the folders can often appear drab and plain. You can customise and personalise your file folders by using a few basic materials that can be purchased from any craft supply store, such as glitter glue and paint pens.

  1. 1

Place a file folder flat on a table and open it completely. Adhere decorative stickers to the front and back.

  2. 2

Draw designs such as spirals, swirls, zigzags or dots around the stickers using paint pens. Allow the paint to dry for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

Trace around the painted lines and around the stickers using glitter glue. This will make the designs and stickers stand out. Allow the glitter glue to dry for 20 minutes before using the file folder.
