- Plain yoghurt

Measure one-half cup of plain yoghurt into a bowl.
Cut the cucumber into thick slices and place in a blender. (Set aside two thin slices of cucumber for the eyes, if desired.)
Add three fresh mint or parsley leaves to the blender and purée until a thick paste forms.
Mix the cucumber purée with the yoghurt in the bowl. Blend well with a spoon.
Apply to a washed face, free of heavy grime and make-up.
Cover your face with the cucumber mask and let sit on the skin for 15 minutes.
Place a thin slice of cucumber over each eye, if desired.
Rinse the mask off with warm water and pat dry.
