The Skype Internet calling application includes a browser add-on for Internet Explorer that transforms phone numbers found on websites into click-to-call links that enable users to quickly call numbers using Skype. Some users report that the Internet Explorer add-on slows down Internet Explorer performance and causes the browser to become unresponsive.
