On the IMVU social website, users create avatars to dress up, chat with other users and play online games. IMVU has a content creation system that lets you design your own clothing and accessories, then sell on the site for credits. The help section of the site includes a detailed knowledge base that answers your questions about IMVU. For specific issues regarding your account, file a help ticket to receive an answered an IMVU staff member.

    Log in to your IMVU account. Click on "Help" at the bottom of the page or go to

    Click on "Request Support," then "Submit a Case."

    Choose a topic, such as billing, safety or general support, from the "Case Category" drop-down menu.

    Check the box next to "Send Me Email Notifications About This Case" to receive information by e-mail about your ticket.

    Type your query or complaint in the "Description" field.

    Click on "Save" to submit your ticket.

    Return to "Request Support" to view the status of your help ticket.
