Check for an error message if the printer is not printing. Look on the left hand control panel on the top of the printer. The first button is the On/Off button. Below this button is the word 'Stop' followed by a picture of a piece of paper. Next to the piece of paper graphic is a small red LED light. If this light is flashing, an error has occurred and the machine needs to be reset.

  2. 2

Reset the machine if the On/Off LED is flashing red and the red LED light next to the graphic of the photograph with the text 10x15/ 4"x6" button is on. This button is the third from the bottom. If all the lights are flashing or an 'E' symbol appears in the display, the machine needs to be reset.

  3. 3

Turn the printer off by pressing the top On/Off button. Turn the machine back on by pressing the On/Off button again. The printer has been reset.
