How to Sync Archos to Outlook

Archos is a version of the Android tablet. It lets you download your favourite music and movies. Since it does not come installed with the Windows Mobile software, you will have a hard time using Microsoft Outlook with it. Fortunately, there is a way to synchronise your Archos tablet with Microsoft Outlook. You just need to install a few more programs to make the process possible.

Instructions

    Navigate to Companionlink.com. Click the "Buy Now" link to download CompanionLink. As of April 2011, the program costs between £26 and £84 depending on features and options. Pay with a credit card or debit card.

    Download CompanionLink to your desktop for easy access. Double-click the software's icon and install it to your computer's hard drive.

    Double-click the CompanionLink software to open it. Click "Settings" or "Configurations," depending on the version you have. Configure it to synchronise with your Archos via USB cable.

    Navigate to DejaOffice.com. Click the "Download" link for your compatible Archos.

    Plug the USB cable into your Archos. Attach the other end to your computer's available USB port.

  6. 6

    Click the DejaOffice icon on your Archos. CompanionLink will automatically synchronise Archos with Microsoft Outlook on your Archos.
