The Alcatel One Touch Tribe OT-800 is a tri-band Global Systems for Mobile Communications mobile phone. The phone features a QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, a two-megapixel digital camera, an FM radio, a speaker phone and text messaging capabilities. If you own an Alcatel One Touch Tribe OT-800 and want to restore the phone to its original factory settings, you can perform a hard reset.

    Power on your Altel One Touch Tribe phone.

    Press and hold the "#" key on your phone's keypad.

  3. 3

    Press the phone's power button while continuing to hold the "#" key.

  4. 4

    Release both buttons when the phone powers off. The phone will automatically reset and power back on.
