While winking at a potential date may be considered rude to some people, on Match.com, a large Internet dating site, sending and receiving winks is a great way to break the ice and begin a conversation. A wink is a casual flirtation. If you have too many winks in your inbox or have winks you don't want, delete them. This is a simple process.
- Skill level:
Log on to your Match.com account.
Click the "Winks" link in the left pane under "Inbox." You should see a list of the last 200 winks other Match.com members have sent you.
Click the square box next to the wink you want to remove, and then click the "Delete" button. Select the "Select all" box if you want to delete all winks, and then click "Delete."
