The Cisco Catalyst 2960 Series Ethernet switch is designed for medium-scale computer networking across a small business or branch office. You might want to reset your Cisco 2960 if you lose access to its IP address, or if you forget your login credentials. The 2960 reverts to its factory settings when you initiate the reset procedure. Running the Express Setup application helps reconfigure it for your local area network.
