The LG BD550 Blu-ray player specialises in playing high-definition discs. However, this is not the only feature available on the player. In fact, the LG BD550 has a built-in USB port. With the port you can connect a USB flash drive or external hard drive and watch videos saved on the external device. You don't need any other special hardware, and the actual viewing process only requires your remote control.
