All of your favourite programs are accessible on your PC as well as TV with TiVo. There are only a few steps required to watch TiVo on your home computer, but setting up your router with the TiVo box is a bit more complicated. The exact steps required to set-up the router depends on the type of router or connection. There is a different adaptor required for a wireless G and an N router. If you are unsure of the type of router you have, look on the router itself or the router's instruction booklet.
