Instructions

  1. 1

Attach fake spider webs in the corners of a room. Tape one end of a fake spider web to the upper wall near the corner of the room. Pull the fake spider web to spread it out over the corner. Use another piece of tape to affix the web to the other wall.

  2. 2

Cover pictures with fake spider webs. Place a piece of webbing on the corner of a picture frame. Spread the spider web out so that it covers the frame and attach it to each of the corners of the frame to hold it in place. Pull the web to make it thin so that the photo in the frame can still be seen.

  3. 3

Spread fake spider webs over lamp shades. Use a piece of tape to secure the end of a fake spider web to a lamp shade. Pull the web up and over the shade. Use another piece of tape to attach the end of the web to the other side of the shade.

  4. 4

Drape mirrors with fake spider webs. Place a piece of fake spider webbing on the bottom corner of a mirror. Pull the web to the top opposite corner of the mirror. Use a thin layer of webbing so that a reflection can still be seen in the mirror.

  5. 5

Hang fake webbing over a doorway. Use a piece of tape to attach a web to the top corner of a doorway. Loosely drape the web along the top of the doorway so that it hangs down over the door. Use another piece of tape to attach the web to the opposite end of the doorway.

  6. 6

Wrap trees with fake spider webs. Pull a fake spider web to spread it. Place an end of the web onto the branch of a tree and wrap it around the branch. Pull the web to the other branches of the tree, wrapping it around each of the branches as you go.

Tips and warnings

  • To give the fake webs a realistic look, hang fake spiders in them to make it look as if they are crawling among the webs.
