How to Mix Music and Pictures Together

There are many reasons why you might need to mix music and image together. For example, rather than using video clips, some music videos use a slideshow of images. Music and images can be put together quite easily using Windows Live Movie Maker, the default audio/video software on Windows computers.

    Click the "Start" button, open "All Programs," scroll up to the top of the list and select "Windows Live Movie Maker."

    Browse your computer for the picture files you wish to include in your slideshow. Highlight the files, click and drag them into the library.

    Click the "Add Music" button on the top toolbar, browse for music you wish to add, select it and click "Open."

  4. 4

    Click and drag the images to rearrange the order in which they appear. To use the entirety of the chosen song, select the "Project" tab and click "Fit to Music."
