Microsoft Outlook helps users keep track of their e-mail, contact information and calendars, among other things. If you are conducting business outside of the United States or in another time zone, your Outlook time stamp may not note the shift in time and continue to brand your incoming and outgoing messages with the incorrect sent or receive times. With the free "Time Zone Data Update Tool" developed for Outlook, you can edit the time stamp with ease.

Set the time zone. You can also manually set the time by choosing the correct date, hour and time from the drop down menus. Once you are finished with your time adjustment, click "OK" to update the time stamp on all your Outlook messages.
