    Open the iTunes program on your computer.

    Attach the data cable to the bottom of your iPhone and connect the other end of the data cable to a USB port on your computer.

    Press the "Control" and "Shift" keys on your computer. While continuing the press these buttons, click the "Restore" button in iTunes. Release the buttons.
