Horlicks is a malted milk powder touted to aid in sleep. It does not contain artificial sleeping aids, but relies on the traditional remedy of drinking a mug of warm milk to relax oneself before bed.

  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

    Whisk together 15 gr (1 tbsp) of Horlicks powder with 30 ml (2 tbsp) of milk. until a smooth paste forms.

    Pour the rest of the milk into the mug and whisk to combine.

  3. 3

    Microwave the mixture on high power for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Whisk the mixture again and return it to the microwave for another 30 seconds.

  5. 5

    Drink the malted milk beverage while it is still hot.
