How to get my favorites put back on a toolbar

Updated March 23, 2017

The Favorites Bar is an Internet Explorer bar that allows you to save your favourite Web pages, Web slices and feeds so you can launch them quickly with a single click. By default, the Favorites Bar is displayed on your browser's toolbar. However, if it is missing, it is most likely hidden. Getting the Favorites Bar back on your browser's toolbar is a quick and simple process.

Click the "Start" button and click "Internet Explorer" to launch your Web browser.

Click the "Tools" menu on the top and select "Toolbars" to display the toolbars submenu.

Click the "Favorites Bar" option. A check mark will be displayed beside it. You should now see the Favorites Bar on your browser toolbar.
