Steam is a program from Valve Corporation that allows gamers to purchase, download and play a wide range of computer video games. The Valve Cyber Cafe program allows cyber cafe owners to install Steam on all their machines. The Steam version that Valve provides to cyber cafe owners includes, as of March 2011, over 100 fully-licensed games. Cyber cafe owners from North and South America can use an online form to order a Valve Cyber Cafe license, while overseas owners must contact a local representative.
