The cat face is a fun and popular way people enjoy having their face painted at county fairs, parties or for Halloween. Though there are a variety of different cat faces people paint, there is a basic framework for feline features all of these faces share. With a few easily painted shapes and lines, anyone can form a cat face.

Dip the sponge in white face paint. Use a paint sponge and paint the area above the upper lip right below the nose and around each eye with white face paint. Let dry for a few minutes.

Dip the paint brush in more black paint and draw a semicircle on each of the edges of your mouth containing the set whiskers you previously drew on the white area above the upper lip.
Paint a black upside down triangle on the tip of the nose and a black vertical line on the philtrum or cleft from the bottom of the nose to the top of the upper lip
Use the sponge to colour around the rest of the face with the colour cat the person wants to be. Orange is usually the most popular colour.
