Place your tortilla on a clean plate. Add filling to the burrito down the centre with a spoon. Leave at least 3 to 4 centimetres from the filling at the bottom of your tortilla .
Take the bottom edge of your tortilla and fold it upward over the filling. Take the right side of the tortilla and carefully fold it over the filling. Ensure you do not pull too tightly and break the tortilla. Tuck the side around the filling. Hold the tortilla tightly as you roll it up.
Use your hand to keep the wrap closed. Lay down a piece of sandwich paper or foil on a flat surface. Place the burrito with the seam side facing down on the paper or foil and have the open fold of the burrito lay just above the seam of the paper. Fold the paper over the burrito and wrap tightly.
Take the bottom portion of the paper or foil and twist tightly. Flatten the twist against the seams of the wrapping to keep it tightly closed.
