Having a well-proportioned body can increase self-confidence. If your breasts are lacking volume, whether due to genetics, pregnancy or weight fluctuations, there are many methods to enhance them, each more expensive than the other. There are so many pills and lotions on the market that promise to increase your breast size, that knowing what really works becomes confusing. Before resorting to unproven methods, consider using breast increasing methods that have been proven to be effective.

Skill level:
Moderately Easy

  1. 1

Have your breasts surgically enhanced. Breast augmentation requires an incision to be made in the skin, in which a breast implant is inserted under or over the pectoral muscles. Consult with a plastic surgeon about the surgery, cost and risks involved before undergoing the procedure.

  2. 2

Purchase a supportive, cleavage enhancing bra. Consider a bra with under wire as these offer more support. Look for padding on the inside of the bra to give your breasts an extra lift and more volume, giving the appearance of an increase in breast size. You can also purchase breast enhancing inserts which can be placed in any bra you wear to add volume to your breasts.

  3. 3

Practice good posture as slumping and slouching makes your breast appear saggy and smaller. Stand up straight and divide your weight evenly on both of your feet. Allow your back to follow the natural curvature of your spine. Stick out your chest and roll your shoulder backward. Suck in your tummy slightly.

  4. 4

Perform breast-firming exercises to reduce sagging and to make them appear more youthful. Since breasts are made of fat tissue and don't have any muscle tissue, you have to work the pectoral muscles underneath the fat to help firm your bust. Perform palm presses while sitting down or standing up. Raise your hands and arms to chest level and place the palms against each other, with your fingers pointing upward. Push your palms together and hold the tension for five seconds before releasing it. Repeat this exercise ten times.

  5. 5

Target the chest muscles with outward pulls. Sit down or stand up and bring your arms and hands up to chest level. Curl your fingers and hook them into each other. Pull outward while keeping your fingers interlocked for five seconds. Repeat the exercise ten times.
