Launch "Lotus Notes" by double-clicking the icon on your computer's desktop screen.
Click "New" and then "Message" in the top menu bar.
Compose an e-mail in the usual way. Enter the email addresses of the recipients in the "To" and "Cc" fields.
Click the "Delivery Options" tab above the email message.
Select "Prevent Copying" and click "OK."
Send the email message. The email is now protected so that recipients cannot forward it to other e-mail addresses.
