The Magic Bullet, first offered by Homeland Housewares via television infomercials, blends drinks and chops and dices small quantities of food. All parts detach for customisation and easy cleaning. High-impact plastic components include the 510 and 340gr bullet cups. The blade assembly consists of a rubber gasket and one of two interchangeable stainless steel blades--a whipping Flat Blade and a grating and blending Cross Blade. Stay Fresh lids and Shaker/Steamer Tops aid in serving and preserving your concoctions. Rubber Comfort Lip rings colour-code cups for different guests.

Before disassembling and cleaning the Magic Bullet and its accessories, unplug the Power Base. Twist the Bullet Cup and blade assembly off of the Power Base in a counter-clockwise motion. Separate the blade and Bullet cup from each other with another twist. Inspect the rubber blade gasket. It should sit firmly embedded in the blade assembly. If not, press it down firmly with your fingers or the handle of a plastic knife. Do not remove it.
Add one squirt of dish soap into a towel or dishcloth. Wet it under the faucet. Gently wipe the Power Base of the Magic Bullet. Spot clean and wipe only. Do not submerge the Power Base in water.
Free large food particles and debris from the Bullet Cups and blades. Rinse each piece in the sink.
Arrange blades and Shaker/Steamer tops in the utensil holders of your dishwasher. Position the Bullet Cups and Re-sealable lids on the top rack.
Wiggle off the Comfort Lip rings from the Party Mugs. Set the mugs on the top shelf. Relegate the rings to the utensil or accessory tray.
Select the "Air Dry" setting on your dishwasher's control panel. Add dishwasher soap and turn the dishwasher on.
Tips and warnings
- Magic Bullet cups sometimes warp under extreme heat. Deselect the "Sanitize" setting on your dishwasher, which relies on high temperatures of at least 150F to clean the appliance or sterilise dishes.
