Revo sunglasses come with a two year limited warranty that includes all repairs or replacement of defective sunglasses lens. The warranty, however, does not cover scratched lenses. If your Revo sunglasses are more than two years old or you have scratched your lenses, you can send your damaged Revo sunglasses and a check for the estimated repair amount to the Revo warranty department for replacement.

- Purchase receipt for your Revo sunglasses
Call the Revo warranty repair department at 888-940-7386. Describe the problem with the lens in detail to the customer service representative. Tell the customer service representative the date you purchased your Revo sunglasses. This date can be found on your purchase receipt.
Write down the return authorisation number. The customer service representative will give you this number over the phone. The customer service representative will also let you know if the warranty work is covered under Revo's limited warranty. If the repair is not covered, the customer service representative will give you the estimated cost for the repair.
Package your sunglasses for shipment. You should send the sunglasses in a box that protects the sunglasses from additional damage. Inside the package, you should include a check for the quoted cost of repairs, if required, and a letter that includes your name, return address and telephone number.
Mail the package to: Revo Warranty Department, Return Authorization Number, 1 Icon, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. Replace the "Return Authorization Number" on the label with the actual return authorisation number you received from the customer service representative. Send the package using a traceable shipping method, such as Federal Express, DHL, UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
Wait to receive your Revo sunglasses with replacement lenses. The repair normally takes four to six weeks. Upon inspection of your damaged sunglasses, Revo warranty repair may assess additional charges. If Revo requires additional payment, a customer service representative from Revo will contact you at the phone number provided.
