How to Replace a 2005 Mini One Bumper

The bumper on your 2005 Mini One is essential for protecting your vehicle against low speed collisions. Replacing the bumper is actually fairly simple, as the bumper is held in place by a few bolts and screws. Once the fasteners are removed, you can pull the bumper off and install a replacement in a matter of minutes. You should be sure to always have your bumper in good condition to protect your Mini One.

Remove the three 10mm bolts from the underside of the bumper with a socket wrench.

Remove the screw on each side of the bumper using a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the two 10mm bolts on each side of the bumper with a socket wrench.

Remove the two 8mm bolts from the top of the bumper with a socket wrench, and remove the two Torx screws using a Torx screwdriver.

Pull the bumper off the front of the vehicle, and put the replacement bumper in place.

Reinstall all the bolts and screws using the appropriate tools.
