Daytime running lights, or DRLs, are an extra safety measure being installed in modern vehicles that increase the visibility of your vehicle during the day. Most DRLs are simply the high-beam bulbs turned on at a reduced power setting. Installing new DRL bulbs to your 2006 Nissan 350Z is fairly simple, but it is time consuming as you need to raise the vehicle with a jack in order to access the headlights.
