How to Repair a Hanns.G Monitor

Updated April 17, 2017

The Hanns.G range of computer monitors produced by Hannspree offer quality LCD displays at affordable prices. Hanns.G monitors are available in a range of sizes and come in both standard and widescreen formats. Hannspree includes a limited 3-year parts and service warranty with each purchase of a Hanns.G monitor, which covers technical malfunction and manufacturing defects. Provided your Hanns.G monitor is still covered by the warranty, Hannspree offers a free product repair and return service.

Contact the Hanns.G Customer Service telephone line (see Resources). You will be asked to describe the problem with your monitor to determine whether you require service and to confirm that you are within the warranty period. If you qualify, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and an address for sending your faulty monitor.

Pack your Hanns.G monitor in a sturdy box and ensure that it is properly padded with suitable packing materials. Any damage as a result of improper packaging will void the warranty. Include a copy of your name, address, contact phone number and RMA number with the monitor.

Send the package to the address provided by the Hanns.G Customer Service. Although you will have to pay for the shipping cost, the return shipping is paid for by Hannspree.

If your monitor is not covered by the warranty, you will have to pay for the repair and return service.
