How to Make a Sexy Tarzan & Jane Costume

Tarzan and Jane make a cute couple costume for a party or Halloween. The main ingredient for this costume is animal print fabric. The most commonly seen is a leopard or tiger print, but you can use any animal print. Mix and match prints for a different look. This costume can be pulled together in little time, so it makes a great last-minute outfit.

Put on the animal-print bikini. If you do not feel comfortable in a bikini, wear a one-piece animal-print swimming costume.

Cut out a piece of animal print fabric large enough to wrap around your waist. Make the length something you are comfortable with; it should be about mid-calf.

Glue a plastic bone to a large safety pin using the hot glue gun. Repeat with two to four more bones and safety pins.

Pin the piece of fabric around your waist with the bone-decorated pins.

Place a wreath of fake leaves around the top of your head. Stick a few fake flowers in amongst the greenery.

Pull on the animal-print men's bikini-style swimming costume.

Cut a piece of animal-print fabric large enough to fit around your waist. The length should fall to about mid-calf.

Glue the plastic bones to the large safety pins. You will need about three.

Pin the fabric around the waist, using the bone-decorated safety pins.

Cut a piece of cloth 4 inches wide and long enough to wrap around your chest from the top of the "skirt," across the chest, over the shoulder and back to the beginning at the top of the skirt. Pin it in place with a safety pin to the skirt.

Adjust the length of the skirts to be as short or long as you wish. Go barefoot if you feel comfortable; if not, put on a pair of brown sandals or flip-flops.
