ListBox items are units of code in VBscript applications that allow you to display a list of items where multiple entries can be selected. Each ListBox item in a Microsoft Excel macro (VBA file) lets you define the number of columns that will be used for the ListBox information. You can quickly add this to your ListBox by modifying its "ColumnCount" attribute.

Skill level:
Moderately Easy

  1. 1

Locate your ListBox definition. For example, if your ListBox is named "ListBox8," navigate to the first entry for "ListBox8" in your script file.

  2. 2

Modify the "ColumnCount" attribute of the ListBox. Type "ListBox8.ColumCount = 5" to give five total columns to the ListBox.

  3. 3

Save your program by clicking the "Save" button on the top of the Excel sheet.
