The Motorola RAZR cell phone has been popular enough to go through many different model versions. RSD Lite is software to unlock your phone to be used on any GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) carrier. Once this process is complete, you will be able to use your Motorola RAZR in countries around the world without paying global roaming by simply inserting a different carrier's SIM card into your phone. (You can use a pay as you go account or create a new account if you will be in that country often.)
