Certain photo hosting sites have a limit on how large a photo you're uploading can be. This doesn't mean that there is a limit on the physical dimensions of the photo, but rather the file size. If a hosting site has a size limit of 2 MB photos, for example, a 3 MB photo will be blocked during the upload process. You can resize images and make them smaller using native Windows tools.
