Log on to the invitation website of your choice. Locate and select the "Create an Invitation" or "Choose your eCard" button" to create your baby shower invitation.

Select an invitation design that will go with your theme. Many online invitation websites allow users to select designs based on the occasion. Choose "Baby Shower" or "Baby" under the occasion section to see a list of baby shower-themed invitations.
