Aside from presenting a full, expansive world to wreck havoc in, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas offers numerous options for modification to extend the game's play time, including installing a mod that transforms your character into Vegeta from the Dragon Ball Z anime series. Doing this essentially requires downloading some files and replacing the original character's skin with a model of Vegeta and unlocking some extra powers. In a few minutes, you'll be flying around San Andreas like a true Saiyan.

Instructions

  1. 1

Download the Dragon Ball Z mod from online (see links in Resources).

  2. 2

Find the folder where the game is installed. By default, it is C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas. This is where you'll eventually install the mod.

  3. 3

Run the .exe file in the Dragon Ball Z mod you downloaded. Like all files downloaded from the Internet, make sure to run a virus scan first. In the window labelled Install Location, type in the location of the game on your computer or browse to it using the button next to the window.

  4. 4

Click through the remaining installer windows and start a new game on GTA: San Andreas.

  5. 5

Get the leather trousers and cowboy boots clothes as soon as you can. They'll transform your character into Vegeta.

Tips and warnings

  • Existing save files will become unusable once the mod is installed. You can only start a new game as Vegeta.
