Printing photographs to a certain physical size is dependent on the image resolution of your original image. There is a wide variety of image editing software available on the Internet and to buy, but you can perform basic resizing tasks with built-in tools. Click "Start" and then click "All Programs." After that click "Accessories" and then "Paint."
