How to Bypass Automated Phones

When you need help with an account or have a question about a product, the first place you call is the company's customer service department. You will often encounter an automated system to help navigate your call to the right department, which can be frustrating and time consuming. There are several ways that you can easily bypass the automated phone system to speak with a live person.

Dial the automated number. Wait for the automated menu to play. Dial "0" and wait for it to take you to the next menu. Continue pressing "0" until the system redirects you to a live person.
