Last.fm is a Web application that is used to track your music listening habits. Registered users of Last.fm can install a plug-in for their audio management software that will submit each played track to the Last.fm servers, thus enabling users to keep track of the listening frequency of artists, albums and individual tracks. You can create a Last.fm playlist widget that displays the 10 most recent tracks you listened to and display it in your Tumblr blog.
