Things you need
- Cup hook
- Measuring tape
- Small nails or tacks
- Small hammer
- High-adhesive glue
- Picture frame
Pick the spot where you want your picture frame on the wall when hung from the ribbon. Decide how high up the wall from the top of the picture frame you want the ribbon to be. Screw the cup hook into the wall at that spot.
Hold the picture frame up to the spot you want it to be on the wall. Measure the distance between the top corner of the picture frame to the cup hook in the wall. Double the number and add 2 inches. Cut that amount of ribbon.
Remove the backing, photo and glass insert from the photo frame and set aside. Lay the picture frame down on a flat surface, face down. Fold over 1/2 inch of one end of the ribbon. Poke the nail through the middle of the folded-over section of ribbon.
Put a few drops of high-adhesive glue in both of the upper back corners of the picture frame. Using the hammer and nails, secure the ribbon to the picture frame directly over the dots of glue on both corners.
Put the glass insert, photo and backing back into the frame and secure. When the glue is dry, hang your frame by placing the middle of the ribbon over the cup hook.
