iPhoto is a program included with Macintosh computers. The software not only stores photos for viewing on the computer or mobile device, but also can be used to edit and modify images. You can change the hair colour of a person in a photo that has been copied to iPhoto, including making the hair green, using its built-in tools. The procedure is straightforward and does not require technical expertise.
