When you set up a Bluetooth device with your Windows PC, you will notice that a folder called the "Bluetooth Exchange Folder" automatically appears in your "My Documents" or "Documents" area. This folder is used to store files that you transfer from Bluetooth devices like PDAs and smartphones. If you do not want to use or see the Bluetooth Exchange folder, you can disable it through the Bluetooth settings.

Make sure no Bluetooth devices are currently syncing or transferring files with your PC.
Click on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray in the lower-right corner of your Windows desktop.
Choose "Open Bluetooth Settings" from the pop-up menu that appears.
Go to the "Share" tab at the top of the window.
Uncheck the box next to "Allow remote devices to browse, send, and receive pictures, music, and other files."
Press the "OK" or "Apply" button to save the settings and disable the Bluetooth Exchange folder.
