Many workplaces use bar code scanners to assist with daily operations. The Metrologic brand bar code scanners can be configured to track specific equipment, inventory and point of sale (POS) transactions thanks to their ability to read and understand preprogrammed bar codes. Proper configuration requires programming the necessary bar codes into the scanner before using it the first time. Configure a new Metrologic bar code scanner by using the standard programming method, or save time by cloning an existing scanner.
