The iFit USB module connects workout equipment, such as treadmills and elliptical trainers, to workout routines. Routines can be purchased online and downloaded to a secure digital (SD) card. The SD card stores and tracks the progress of workouts, the meals you eat and creates personalised workouts. Programs are focused on weight loss, wellness, performance and power walking. Download the workout program of your choice online and create your own iFit card for use with your workout equipment.
