Instructions

  1. 1

Create a rectangular shape. This will represent the handle of your knife. You can do this by drawing a line up and then go to the left or right. Bring the line back down and then draw a horizontal line to connect with the original point. You can alter the shape of the rectangle to give the knife's handle a unique look.

  2. 2

Draw the blade of your knife. Draw a vertical line that begins at either edge of the top of the handle. Then draw a line to the left or right and bring it back down to connect it with the other edge of the handle. This will create a rectangular blade. You can give the knife a sharper appearance by making the vertical lines more angled towards each other. This will create a triangular look.

  3. 3

Colour the handle of your knife. This will help create the contrast between a clear, shiny blade and the more dense handle. You can use a pencil or pen to colour the handle, but if you have a preference then you can also use coloured pencils or markers.
