Turn the Camry's engine off and open the bonnet. Before installing the new assembly, the old one must be removed.
Remove the pushpin atop the turn signal assembly. You can use your nails to pry it out, but if it is too difficult, you can use a slotted screwdriver.
Press in the two tabs on the sides of the assembly. Slide the assembly out of the engine compartment. Squeeze the plastic locking tabs on the electrical connector to remove it from the assembly and remove the assembly from the vehicle.
Connect the electrical connector to the new assembly, making sure it snaps into place.
Slide the assembly into the engine compartment until the two tabs click, securing it to the vehicle.
Reattach the pushpin to the assembly and close the bonnet.
