My Import Won't Work in Incredimail
Incredimail communicates with other e-mail clients via import and export files. (E-mail Concept image by wayne ruston from Fotolia.com)

Incredimail is a free e-mail client for Windows. The software is able to import old e-mail messages and contacts from major e-mail clients such as Microsoft Outlook and Netscape Communicator. In some cases, the import is impeded by one of two possible problems. The first possibility is related to Microsoft Outlook. Outlook exports its data into a proprietary file type that is difficult for other software manufacturers to read. The second possibility is that Incredimail ran into problems during installation. The second is the most prevalent issue.
