RC (remote control) planes are miniature aeroplanes that hobbyists can make and fly. Micro RC planes are even smaller than normal RC, with wingspans measured in inches versus feet; but they operate in the same method, and built the same way. Each kit comes with all the parts you will need to make a micro RC plane as well as diagrams that show how the parts fit together. Each kit will have its own instructions, but a few general rules apply to building a micro RC plane.
Open your micro RC plane kit and take a few moments to sort out your parts into your plastic tubs. Seal these up to keep your parts safe from spilling. This is especially important with a micro RC plane kit, as the parts will be much smaller and more fragile than larger kits.
Read your instructions carefully and study the diagram that comes with the kit. You should have a full understanding of the parts you need, in what order you will need to use them, the overall building process and a basic visualisation of the finished result.
Build your plane body according to the instructions in the kit. These instructions will generally tell you to build specific sections one at a time, like the wings and the body, and then integrate them with each other.
Install your engine and use your wiring tools, such as pliers to thread your wires through the plane according to the instructions. Place your battery in the plane and fuel it as directed.
Test whether your aeroplane will run by turning on the controller and the engine. If it doesn't fly, use your voltage meter to check for any problems in your wiring.
