The iPAQ rx1950 is a Windows Mobile Pocket PC device manufactured by HP. The rx1950 features a 300MHz Samsung processor and 96 MB of total storage space. With a Pocket PC such as the iPAQ rx1950, formatting the device is also known as a "hard reset." In this process, all of the data on the device is permanently removed and the device is restored to its original factory configuration. If you have encountered a software problem on the iPAQ rx1950 that you are unable to resolve, or have purchased a used device and want to remove the previous owner's information, do so by performing a hard reset.
