When a program is installed onto your hard drive via InstallShield, the utility keeps a record of every event that happened during the install on your hard drive. If anything goes wrong with the software, you can refer to this record to see what happened. If you no longer wish to have these logs taking up space on your hard drive, you can remove them all in one fell swoop using Disk Cleanup.

Click your desktop's Windows logo button.
Click "All Programs."
Select the "System Tools" folder icon, and the "Disk Cleanup" icon within this folder. When asked to select which drive you want to clean up, select the "C" drive (which should be selected by default) and click "OK."
Check all the boxes in the Disk Cleanup window. These are directories on your computer where temporary files, like your InstallShield installation information, are stored. Click "OK" to empty these directories and delete all of their contents. Your InstallShield installation information will be deleted from your computer.
