How to Use Wireless Security Auditor 1.0

Wireless Security Auditor allows you to recover a wireless network's encrypted WPA password. After retrieving a set of handshake packets from an SSID, Elcomsoft Wireless Security Auditor allows you to select which password hash to recover. Wireless Security Auditor supports both automatic and manual operation.

    Click the "Start" button and then the "All Programs" link. Click the "Elcomsoft Password Recovery" folder and then the "Elcomsoft Wireless Security Auditor" shortcut to launch the program.

    Click the "File" menu and then the "Wireless Network Sniffer" option from the list. The program searches for networks.

    Click a "Network Handshake" and then the "Detect APs" button. The program searches for available APs.

    Click the "Start Sniffing" button to detect your network's security characters.

    Click the "Save Project" button and select a name and location. Click the "OK" button to save the project. You now have access to your networks hash characters from a saved Windows file.
