Manufactured by Hearthware, the NuWave Oven Pro uses infrared technology to cook. The manufacturer of the NuWave says the invisible radiant infrared heat is superior because it penetrates the inside of foods while also cooking from the outside. This supposedly leaves foods moist and full of flavour yet browned to perfection. The unit disassembles easily for cleaning.

Tips and warnings
- Opening the power head (where the fan and heating element are located) to clean the heating element or the fan could possibly void your NuWave Oven Pro Warranty. According to the owner's manual, only the exterior of the power head should be cleaned, which can simply be accomplished by wiping it down with a rag.
